Raising Faith-Filled Kids

This is a new initiative led by Rev Jean Stairs and designed for anyone who is involved in raising kids, including parents, g-parents, aunts, uncles, surrogate parents, guardians, foster parents and educators.

Using a workshop format on a Saturday morning, the event will explore ways to nurture faith in the home environment – in other words, Monday to Saturday! Faith-filled kids will be blessed by more than Sunday morning experiences. Just imagine how you can help them to “catch” faith!

The workshops will be from 9:00 – 11:30 am. Pack your kids in the car/van and come to the Lower Hall for continental breakfast together. Kids will then have their own activities (supervised child care) while adults consider a topic relevant to raising faith-filled kids.

A donation basket will be circulated to assist with breakfast expenses and workshop supplies.
