On Christmas Eve, 2022, Mother Nature decided to hit Kingston with a winter ‘storm of a generation’. Despite the fact that a beautiful candlelight service had been planned by Rev. Michelle – the musicians had practiced, the communion had been prepared, the candles made ready – we were forced to stay home and gather in community once again via Zoom. This meditation was written in response to that situation.
