Online, beginning at 8:30 a.m.: Rev. Tyler Powell, a few years ago, left congregational ministry to enroll in the Canadian Armed Forces as a military chaplain for the United Church of Canada. He completed his training in Edmonton and then served with the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (PPCLI), one of our famous regiments. He has since served overseas and has experience with troops coming home from dangerous assignments: wounded, but not just physically wounded. We are honoured to have him as our speaker.
