Decisive Issues

Updated August 2016.

The Decisive Issues Study Group has been meeting regularly for many years. The group took its name from a book of the same name by John Stott, an internationally renowned author and religious scholar.

The group meets to study and discuss current, interesting religious books. They meet every other Monday morning in the church from 10 – 11.30 a.m.

This is an opportunity to have your say in a lively repartee. Both books and DVDs prompt their discussions on the cutting edge of faith and life.

Decisive Issues will begin its 2016 fall sessions on Monday, September 19 at 10:00 a.m. and every other Monday from then on. We will continue our discussion of Harvey Cox’s book ‘The Future of Faith ‘. I have a synopsis of chapter 13 that will help you connect with the discussion. We welcome your participation. As time goes on, we will select a new book to continue our discussions into 2017.

Facilitators are Earl and Barb Taft – 613 634 6506

New comers are always welcome.
